We're consent-aware at the event level. Every actor carries a consent record for analytics, marketing, and personalization. When consent is revoked, the associated events are soft-deleted from the journey graph within 24h. We offer regional data residency on Enterprise (US, EU, APAC).
Primary inference runs on GPT-4o-mini with Groq's llama-3.3-70b as a low-latency fallback. Enterprise customers can bring their own keys and route to any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — including self-hosted models.
