ROAS = Return on Ad Spend. If you spend $1 on ads and get $3 in sales, your ROAS is 3x. Simple.

What's a "resolved actor"?

A resolved actor is a unique person, device, or anonymous session that AstraReach has observed at least one event from in the billing month. Identity resolution means that a known user with 5 linked identity keys still counts as one actor — not five. You only pay for the unit of analysis the system actually reasons over.

Do I need to rip out my existing tools?

No. AstraReach is designed to sit alongside your CDP, warehouse, and BI stack. Most customers run in parallel for 30–60 days while the journey graph proves its value, then consolidate. Our native connectors mirror Meta and Google Ads data so you don't lose anything.

What about data privacy and GDPR?

We're consent-aware at the event level. Every actor carries a consent record for analytics, marketing, and personalization. When consent is revoked, the associated events are soft-deleted from the journey graph within 24h. We offer regional data residency on Enterprise (US, EU, APAC).

Which LLMs power the agent?

Primary inference runs on GPT-4o-mini with Groq's llama-3.3-70b as a low-latency fallback. Enterprise customers can bring their own keys and route to any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — including self-hosted models.

How is this different from a CDP plus a BI tool?

A CDP stores identities. A BI tool charts metrics. AstraReach is the reasoning layer on top — it ingests, resolves, analyzes, and decides in one loop, with persistent memory. You don't join a CDP to a warehouse to a dashboard to a workflow tool. The OS is the workflow.

Can I export my data?

Always. Every event, actor, identity key, decision, and reflexion is exportable as JSON, CSV, or streamed to your S3 / GCS / Snowflake. Data portability is built into the platform — not a compliance checkbox.

The thesis
